By purchasing a membership, subscription, or digital offering from Sunday Heirloom, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms for purchases and cancellations.
Membership Billing
Sunday Heirloom currently offers recurring membership access billed monthly unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Membership pricing, promotional rates, and founding member offers may change at any time for future subscribers.
Any promotional or founding-member pricing available at the time of enrollment will remain active only while the membership remains continuously active and in good standing. Cancelled memberships may lose access to promotional pricing if reactivated later.
Automatic Renewal
All memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise Sunday Heirloom to charge your selected payment method on a regular basis until cancellation occurs.
Billing dates are determined by the original subscription date and may vary depending on payment processing timelines or platform requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or membership management portal.
Upon cancellation, access to Sunday Heirloom membership content, subscriber editorials, archives, and member-exclusive features will be removed immediately unless otherwise stated at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation of a membership also results in the forfeiture of any active promotional pricing, founding member pricing, or legacy subscription rates previously associated with the account.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of editorial memberships, digital publications, and subscriber content, all purchases are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Sunday Heirloom does not provide partial-month refunds, prorated reimbursements, or retroactive cancellations for unused membership periods.
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, technical errors, or accidental billing issues at the sole discretion of Sunday Heirloom.
Changes to Membership Offerings
Sunday Heirloom reserves the right to modify membership features, editorial offerings, pricing structures, publication schedules, or subscriber benefits at any time without prior notice.
Any significant changes affecting active memberships may be communicated via email, platform notifications, or website updates.
Account Responsibility
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and securing access to their account credentials. Sunday Heirloom is not responsible for access interruptions caused by expired payment methods, unauthorised account sharing, or user-side technical issues.
